Conor Foy Plaster has been finishing rooms in New York since 2002. By the time we were running several crews across several sites, the estimating lived in one place, the schedule in another, the hours on paper, and the truth about whether a job made money arrived three months late.
The construction software we tried was built for people who build buildings, not for shops who finish them. So Heidi Williams-Foy — Conor's wife — built ours. We have been running the business on it since the start of this year, and it opens to other shops in mid-September 2026.
Painting, plastering, decorating, flooring, tile, drywall — trades where a job has a scope, a crew and a schedule, and the margin lives in the labor.
There is good software for that already, and this is not trying to be it.
